I can’t seem to find it in the manual but I went away for now. Hopefully for good.

19. All-Wheel Drive (AWD) warning (if so equipped) . This warning appears when the Intelligent All-Wheel Drive (AWD) system is not functioning properly while the engine is running. The displayed message will vary depending on the condition of the AWD system malfunction. (See “Intelligent AllWheel Drive (AWD)” (P.5-127).)

If the “AWD Error” warning *1 appears, there may be a malfunction in the Intelligent AWD system. Reduce vehicle speed and it is recommended you have your vehicle checked by an INFINITI retailer as soon as possible.

Mine came on the around a week ago then also went off. Came on again, took it to the dealership. They replaced the sensor for abs/awd, no error light for about a week.

They replaced mine also lucky for me it was under warranty. It would have been $680. The dealership is way over priced.
