Tein was always popular and well regarded quality wise when I had Hondas, I've not heard much about them on the Nissan/Infiniti platforms though.

Looks like the HKS Hipermax IV GT became the Hipermax S last year, with some improvements:

With the C/Os, having the dampening rates match the spring rates makes a huge difference in ride quality, so you are on the right track, er, so to speak. LOL.

Funny, when I searched for HKS C/Os, I found a website that sells many different brands of C/Os, including this one brand, Silvers Neomax, where you can specify the spring rate of the C/O for your Q60 AWD:

Since I have DDS with my Red Sport, I went with RS-R C/Os with Best*I Active. They have worked great for the past 3 years.
