Does my belt need to be replaced?

My 2020 Luxe only has 2700 miles on the odo, but I noticed that the belt tension indicator is a little off center. Do you think the belt needs to be replaced, and do you think the dealership will cover it under warranty since the miles are very low?

1. The wear indicator is within spec.
2. The belt is a wearable part like tires. Wear is not covered under warranty.

Thanks Bevo. I guess anywhere within the 3 lines is within spec. I didn't see a specific answer on page 8-12/13 of the manual.
