Hello all, merry almost Christmas. A week or so ago my entire infotainment suddenly went black. Both the top and bottom half. Then, maybe 5 seconds afterward, both came right on, like it never happened. Today, it happened again. Any ideas? I'm in New Hampshire, cold but garage kept and nothing added other than JB4. Should I bring it in to Infiniti?

If it happens again, you might try holding down the power button for like 15 seconds to reboot it.
I had this same problem and it was pretty random. Honestly it happened more when I was JB4 but I don't expect they are related. I videoed it and took it to the dealer so they could see it since you can't intentionally duplicate it. They said they had never seen it before but i knew it was pretty common. They documented it and said to stop by immediately so they could see it and test it better. It has only happened 1 time since that visit to the dealer shop I'm not sure if they reset it or what. No issues in months...no jb4 either.
Thanks guys. I'll try the reset. I'm not sure if I will be able to film it unless I'm parked. I'll ask my dealership.
