Need help with purchase

I’m looking to buy ams Lowerdownpipes for my 2019 q60RS. When I ordered it from ams I was surprised to see they would not ship it until I fill out a waiver saying my car will not be used for public roads and it’s a “race car” well that’s not the case. Is there a work around this? Or does anybody know of a legit site to order them from or how I can get a hold of ams lower downpipes for my q60.
