Self proclaimed car guy, but that is not true and I am also not a guy. I just think the Q60 is sexy asf.

Thank you!
Tbh, I really don't know much about cars, but from looking around at Q60 mods, I definitely want to get a light up front emblem, I'm thinking of a chrome delete, but I'm not sure how it will look on my car since it's Graphite Shadow so I don't know if that will do anything for it. I'm also getting personalized black & yellow 🖤💛 legacy license plates, and I'm thinking of doing either yellow or orange brake calipers as well. For now, I've only done a couple of minor fun aesthetic tweaks to the inside 😊:

Thank you! Stunning blue, btw! I don't see Q60's much at all, let alone in that color. And thank you for educating me (I've always wondered why I'd see AWD lettering, but not RWD), so that makes sense. I had a flat awhile back, and once the AAA technician arrived, he asked me the same thing, but I'd just bought the car not too long before that, so I didn't have an answer then, either. Figured it was something I should know, lol. But then he opened my trunk to get the spare out, underneath my luggage (I was at a hotel), and there was also no spare in there. He said some of the newer cars don't always come with them, but I am also not the first owner, so I can't speak to that either.

If you are indeed RWD, I still have some RWD handling parts posted for sale. 😀

It's likely the AAA tech wanted to know your drive configuration in case the car needed to be towed. IMO, any car you care about should be transported on a flatbed, not dragged around by one end caveman style.

There is quite a bit of commentary on the forums about spare tires as these cars were sold without. I've accumulated a roadside kit as I regularly make 700+ mile trips, and I won't let anyone touch my car if I can get out if it. Changing tires on the hard shoulder, however, does make it difficult to maintain a manicure.

Unfortunately, we had to do it caveman style. I can't tell you how my heart sunk when the valet guy drove my car up & I could hear the sad audible crawl of the deflated tire, sounding like a rubber tumbleweed rolling its way over to me. We ended up having to go to 2 places, first one was swamped and wanted to keep my car overnight, which would've meant another night at the hotel. The 2nd place was able to swap out the tire, but it was a whole mission and this guy kept trying to get me to go to his friend (who worked at Infiniti down the way) who he said would "take good care of me since he owed him a favor". But I digress. Photos below, as I am a visual story teller:

In terms of these cars being sold without spare tires... it reminds me of when Apple used to actually include the charging block, USB/-C cord, as WELL as ear buds. Look what they've taken from us. 🥲

Also, I would love to be the only one who touches my car, but seeing as how the extent of my knowledge ends at installing (and I use that word lightly) door lights, I feel like I would cause more harm than good. Funny enough, I've often found that when I've been in any kind of car trouble in the past, there has always been a kind gentleman to assist, probably due to the obvious look of confusion and the whole damsel in distress thing.

As for changing the tire, I honestly believe I could do it on my own, as I am smart and capable. However, experience has taught me that I am often not dressed appropriately to be bending over in any which way (and incidentally showing my business to random people driving by lol), especially on the side of a street somewhere. Not trying to have someone roll up on me and ask me what my rate/specials are. 😂

When you shop for your '22, hold out for the Red Sport 400. That one has ALL the bells and whistles.
