I am leaving on a long long trip and wonder if I even have a spare tire in my 2021 Q60 RS. I have the Potenza tires but they are not runflats.

You may need to purchase or lease a satellite phone.
They dont come with a spare tire or jack. They come with a pump and a small jug of sealant. What a few have done is go to a salvage yard and find a G37 or maybe even a G35 and scavenge the tire and jack from those. Carve out the foam in your trunk to make fit.
