Jesus someone torqued the heck out of that thing. If it was my car I would replace the oil pan. Although, you could try some JB Weld Plastic Bonder.

The oil pan is composite. The drain plug was over-torqued at the last oil change, such that the metal (female) insert de-bonded from the composite.

A new oil pan through online discount Infiniti parts is $205.

I would suggest getting a new pan. Do you know who did the last oil change?

Yeah idk bro ive never seen this before either i thought it was just the bolt too. I changed the oil last time and I did not crank on it, i used hamd tools I cant beleive it came off lol the car only has 40k on it and I've had nothing but issues with dumb ****. Example the MAF sensors keep throwing codes. I even had hks blow off valves on the car but my car kept going into limp mode and throwing check engine lights so I removed them. And when I floor it I can hear what sounds like a squeel. Ive read that these cars have issues with the accessories belt having going bad. I want to purchase ams RA600 kit but I feel like this car is gonna explode lol
