Have some questions regarding the Radiant Grille Emblem (thinking of getting it) -

1) Can anyone who has this on their Q60 upload some pictures of what it looks like both off and on? Want to see how it looks. Is it metallic or does it look odd when it is not on at night?

2) Can it be turned on separately/manually from the lights or is it tied to headlight controls? Or does it only turn on automatically at night?

Thanks in advance for any info.

1) The emblem is metalic with a faintly visible transparent outline when the light is off. Honestly it still looks pretty good during the daytime while it's off. I'll add some pictures.
2) It comes on with the headlights/parking lights, just like on @pdqgp's Q50

Here's a picture of it on at night:

And here's a picture of it off during the day, where you can see the outline if you zoom in:

Thanks for those pictures - looks great. I'll be looking into contacting my dealer for cost of installation - any ideas on what price that would be ?

Call your dealer, ask them, post what they say.

Part Number: F23105CA0K
This item fits: Q60 Coupe 2017 to 2018
MSRP $500.00

That price does not include labor.
That's the price for the part I got from my dealer as well. They told me for the Q60 coupe, the Radiant Grille Emblem has to be installed with an attached grill , only on the q50 sedan can it be added alone without grill. Is this true and anyone know reason why?

That's correct, it is a whole grille replacement. I'm not sure why though. I honestly didn't know the Q50 could swap the emblem out by itself.

You might already know but just in case, the Radiant Grill is not compatible with the Driver's Assistance Package so make sure you don't have that option
So I have a 2018 Q60 RS with the "ProAssist" package which I believe is equivalent to the Driver's Assistance Package for the previous year's package. I went up to my dealer last week and asked if they can add a radiant emblem and they said they will give me a call in a few days to make sure. I got a call today and they are saying they can add it. Even though onInfiniti's website it's saying it CAN'T be added if you have the ProAssist Package. I don't even know who to believe lol.

I know that EMM has produced a couple CF grills with the glowing emblem, looks pretty clean, but I think they're charging like $600-700 for them LOL. I am debating on getting this too, since I blacked out my OEM grill and my car's black, I think a glowing emblem would contrast nicely, but I'll wait until the price drops a little bit. I'd recommend ebay for a better deal.

I've also seen a few guys modify their headlights to different colors, demon-eyes, etc. Wondering if they can alter the lights in the radiant emblem too.

@vtong22 I would go with what your dealer says, worst case scenario if they say they can do it and they F up, you have someone credible to blame/ fix for you

I didn't even realize that a carbon fiber radiant emblem existed! But yea I agree with you on the pricing. The color changing light mods sounds pretty cool too! I haven't seen any of those before. I would proceed with my dealer, but Ima hold off since I'm about to spend a good amount on Xpel clear bras, which was surprisingly more expensive than I expected initially lol.

It's not the emblem that's CF, but the outer grille itself. And it's definitely expensive, but looks awesome.

Agreed....but I'm not all about spending beaucoup bucks for that. I'd rather wrap/dip it for a fraction of the price. That's pretty much how I feel about everything Emm sells.
