So this has been bothering me but only today I decided to ask the group about it.
When I stop the Q60 and press the power button, the car shuts off and so does the radio.

I found this odd as both Nissan SUVs I have (2014 Rogue and a 2022 Rogue) - when you shut the engine off the radio will continue to play for some time and/or until you open the door.

Is the Q60 supposed to be like that or when you shut off the engine, all power is turned off?
I cant find any setting so far in any of the settings menus to change this behavior.

When you push the start/stop button power is turned off.

Yes, based on looking for the holy grail S/W switch in the DCU menus and not finding it either.

At least my German cars (Audi) back to 2003 all had retained accessory power.

I have seen other cars (american) do that, but for the Q. when you hit the power button everything turns off or on.

I am working on a custom firmware mod for the pre-2020 DCU. I have added this option, it is possible to demonstrate accessory off power work by pressing the SOS button before shutting down the car.

Just added this option to my custom TCU project. Only problem is I can't keep the lower display turned on without an extra harness.
