I'm looking at Forgestar CF5's, and they have two options. 18x9 +30 and 18x10 +42. The perfect setup I've seen has 18x10 +30 volks, but what I don't know is will that 12mm offset change be drastic, and in what way? I know we have to be careful clearing 18's with the sport brakes, so I feel like a lower offset is better, but I could be completely wrong here too.

This website is good for comparing existing vs new offset & wheel/tire widths:

Alloy Wheel & Tyre Fitment Calculator. Offset, Tyre Stretch and Speedo Error | Will They Fit

For comparison, on my '17 Q60 Red Sport AWD, I have Vorsteiner V-FF 112s, 20x10 et 35 on all four positions. I have a Stoptech BBK fitted, and the wheels clear without spacers.

It's really looking like these will fit well then,

Part Number: F21380065P42

18

18x10

5X114.3

42/7.1"

Deep Concave
You should be OK, but with a 10" width and +42 offset, you might be getting close to the steering knuckle.

18x10 ET42 will not clear the factory front sport brake calipers. We did a set in 18x9 ET24 Front and 18x10 ET42 Rear. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.
