Man....that really makes me second guess what I thought was my final decision. You must be rocking an RS with those kinda numbers. Aside from the sound, the main reason I was going to go with the Fast Intentions CBE and Full DP was for the power gains. After a tune, a base 3.0 should push close to 400. I think your setup is the best I've heard so far. **** man, decisions decisions!
Yes! I got the RS, and I personally like no emblems on a trunk, I think it looks sleeker. I felt the same way: I really wanted quick, Infiniti purr at the time and an axle-back/ DP was a lot more in my budget than a full aftermarket Catback.
The good news is that Tanabe is releasing a wider Y-pipe and a Mid-pipe, that can connect to the OEM exhaust (or sport exhaust in my case); opening up the flow of the exhaust even more. Once these come out in a few weeks, I'll basically have a full catback! It's more flexible IMO, if I ever get bothered by how loud it sounds, I can experiment by putting any part back to OEM.
I'm extremely interested to hear how it'll sound since I'll have exhaust parts from 3 different companies, hopefully it'll have it's own unique sound.
