Turbo Warranty Extension

FWIW, I just received my extended turbo warranty in the mail today which is quite a bit different than the "Service Bulletin" posted above. My copy is printed on heavy card stock, issued by Nissan North America Consumer Affairs in TN, and it includes my VIN and a QR code. There is special note for Calif owners (me) and instructions for owners who have already had their turbos replaced "out of pocket" (not me). Certainly looks legit enough and I would expect that many more of you registered owners will be getting the same notice soon enough.
If you plug your VIN here does it give a recall result?

I recently bought a 2024 Nismo Z, and was wondering how different the turbos actually are and wondering if the warranty would change for that car as well...
I own a Z Performance M/T after previously owning a Q60 Red Sport. The turbos on the 2023+ model Z have diverter valves. The Q50/Q60 tubos did not. Unless the Z starts having the same issues, Nissan will not offer an additional warranty.

I just want a little bit more volume at of the exhaust note.
The muffler delete is pretty loud during the first 25 seconds of a cold start. I did the same on my Q60, but on the Z it is a bit droney at around 60 mph in 6th, but may be different with an automatic transmission.
