I'm currently driving a 2013 G37 with 140,000 miles on it and thinking up upgrading to something newer (Q60. 2019 or 2020).
Which model of Q60 would have the softer ride, if there is one?
Guess I like to have the nice options ($) on a car.
Anything of concern for buying a 2019 or 2020 model?

My 'guess' would be any with the active suspension option. Far as I know that and standard (non-electrically adjustable) are the only 2 options. I havent been in one with standard struts that dont adjust. But Im not sure I'd consider any setting on the adjustable ones 'soft'. Being a luxury sports car, I feel it tends to be a little bit on the stiffer side. Dont get me wrong, I dont think it's any stiffer than my 08' G37S was.
As far as between 2019 and 2020, think 2020 was the first year of Carplay/Android Auto being included. Standard infotainment system is pretty lacking IMO.

I have a 2019 with 20,000 miles on it and my friend has a 2022 with 15,000 miles on it. My buddy upgraded from a 2018 and he swears that the models pre-2020 are more responsive. We were rallying this afternoon and I took him off of the line every time. I know that you asked about a softer ride and I can tell no difference between the cars so I'm just giving you what I do know between the years...
