With the unique color of your Q I would think it best to stick in the grayscale, maybe a metallic gunmetal? Pops just a bit different the the GB of your wheels and will bring out some gray that is in your CF(from what I think I can see) hood. If you're looking for a color maybe find a color wheel and what this shade falls into then go to the opposite side to find its compliment.
