Question for the community on understeer

I'm currently working with Josh on finalizing an order for new wheels (and what an awesome and helpful guy I want to add) and I'm wondering if any of you have experience or knowledge on how much more under steer I can expect going an extra 1/2" difference on my already 1" staggered setup?

Specs on stock RWD are 8.5 front and 9.5 rear and that's all I know with regards to my car's handling and it feels fantastic. My current plan is to go 9.5 front and 11 rear so while I'm going larger all around I'm gaining an extra 1/2" difference between the front and rear. is that going to make a huge impact? Will I notice a big difference in steering? Would I be better off going 9.5 and 10.5 keeping the stagger at 1" but still going larger all around?

I'm surprised that in over a week there hasn't been a single member that has shared any experience with how their car's handling felt after changing wheel and tire sizes. Seemed like good technical subject some might enjoy delving into. I suppose a print car or NASCAR forum would probably have several threads on the subject but I was more interested in what you might be able to add.

Great, thank you.

For now the car is only driven in dry conditions so I'm not concerned about water performance or lack there of.

I don't think I'm pushing my car to the limits but traction control is definitely kicking in frequently and I feel the rear tires are losing traction way too easily so I wanted to go larger for sure. I guess I have stock tires and 400 rated HP to thank for that break in traction, and maybe new tires alone would have made a huge difference.

Too bad there isn't a way to dial in/out the amount of traction control so you could actually dial in some slip but the control would respond if things got too out of whack
