Ok thanks I have plates to surrender ... will I save money if I do a temporary surrender ? IE: would I still have to pay the dmv fees and all of that when I get my lease ? Or should I just surrender and get the refunds

Thanks Pepe Infiniti just quoted me 51 k and 0 down 539 a month
And she said red sports start at 629+ a month
Any idea on how to get a lower red sport payment ? Some got reduced prices ranging from 53 - 61 k ...how much down do you suggest I put to get a payment of at least 350 to 500 ?
Jason, two answers to your questions.

1. Leasing a 2017 model in 2018 is possible but it depends on the bank. In this case Nissan Financial (who does the lending for your lease) essentially provides dealers with what are called programs for each month, those programs give them guidance on the residual value they are setting for the car and the interest rate on the loan. The dealer has no say in the matter, if Nissan Financial decides to end lease support for 2017 models as of Jan 2 you are out of luck, dealers will just sell the remaining units. Alternatively, sometimes they may extend lease support so it is worth calling to check today to see what the new programs are.

2. As I said in an earlier post, monthly payment is a number that can be manipulated in any number of ways, do not worry about it. Putting cash down to lower the payment is just a mind game, you still owe the same total loan on the lease. For example: if your lease is $21k over 39 months @ $539 a month and you put down $2k up front to get to $489 a month, all you are doing is paying down a portion of what you owe up front...you still owed the same total amount, you didn't get a better deal. What you should instead focus on is the total discount on the car without cash down payments which will get you to a lower monthly payment.

I forget if programs change today, you should call a dealer, but if you can still get the holiday promotions, shoot for a 20% discount on the car, go in person. If not, I would wait for better deals on a 2018 to emerge this year.
Ok I decided to go for the 2018 red sport they just sent me a quote msrp 60k ... discounted price 57k do you think I should still try for more of a discount ? I would like payments of at least 450 + ... scheduled my test drive for January 15th so I’m happy
To get your payment in the 450 range on a RedSport, you’ll have to put a hefty down payment.

Looks like you got a great deal and made some awesome mods already. Couple ? on a few of them:

2). AudoBodyGuard Nano Coating Done 3 times per year (750 for 5 years) - Not familiar with AutoBodyGuard. I was considering strongly CQuartz once I get my Q60 later this month. Any reason you wen with ABG?

4). removed stock mats and replaced with sport mats ($188) - what kind? can you link?

I just bought my used 2017 Q60 coupe premium Iridium Blue for $27,800, 42K miles from CARVANA. Original list $50,400. This is the second car I purchased from them and I will never go to the dealer again. All cars are one owner, accident free, with CARFAX, all maintenance records. Etc.

Everything is done online and you can browse hi resolution 3D images of the actual car you're purchasing. They all come with a free seven day test drive...if you don't like the car for any reason they come and pick it up, no questions asked. They also offer their own financing which is very competitive. Each car is covered for 100 days with a comprehensive warranty against defects. If anything happens, and I mean anything...they will fix it.

I highly recommend Carvana. They have great customer service and have made a believer out of me.
